Coaches study game film for the entire team, however our private 1 on 1 game study sessions will zero in on the individual player development and what things you need to do to improve your skills.

Film study is one of the most effective tools in being successful on the football field. If you want more playing time or to become an impact player, you will want to put yourself in a position to be the best you can be.

We know the life of an athlete can be hectic, which is why our sessions are 45 minutes and straight to the point to make the biggest impact.

WHo is this program for?

Our film study sessions are for high school and college football players, (from inexperienced to elite athletes).

what if I need to reschedule/cancel?

If you need to reschedule, please call or email. Cancellations or reschedules less than 24 hours are non-refundable.

are film sessions confidential?

All sessions are confidential and information will not be shared.

do you offer discounts for multiple bookings?

You can order a package of 6 sessions for a discount. If you are interested in this package, please reach out to us at indamix1@yahoo.com

how can i book your in-person trainings?

If you are in the Raleigh, NC area and would like to book in-person training sessions, please email indamix1@yahoo.com. In-person trainings are for all athletic levels (beginner - elite) beginning at age 7 through high school and college.
